A benefit for People Serving People, Chefs for Change is a cooking demonstration and an elegant dinner party with a purpose. It is hosted by a variety of top executive chefs from the Twin Cites Metro area – offering an intimate setting of 30-40 guests interested in a "chef’s table" experience followed by a five course meal with wine pairings. 100% of proceeds go to People Serving People.
Corner Table will host Chefs for Change for the second year. From slow braised grass fed brisket to tender ricotta gnocchi, Chef Scott Pampuch brings local influences to the table and is sure to satisfy dinner guests once again.
While cooking at the Modern Café, Scott realized his true passion for cooking was right in his own backyard. Promoting sustainability and responsibility towards the land was the inspiration for his own restaurant Corner Table, which opened in 2004. Corner Table stands as a well-loved South Minneapolis establishment, serving great food that reflects the local agriculture.
